World’s Largest Lemon
When life gives you lemons…visit the largest lemon in the world! This 3,500-pound statue is a juicy symbol of San Diego’s suburb of Lemon Grove. And although Lemon Grove takes its name from the area’s most prominent crop of yesteryear, life here is anything but sour. The beautiful landscape of the city was once a part of the Mission San Diego de Alcalá, and its motto of “Best Climate on Earth” is reinforced by the mild year-round weather residents enjoy.
