How do I view or modify my reservation?

Use this link to view, modify, or cancel any reservation made online on our website. Please call the hotel at 800-227-4743 for assistance with reservations made directly with us by phone.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm 24 hours prior to arrival or is subject to one night's room and tax penalty. However, if you reserved through Group Sales, or a special promotion or package rate, different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the hotel direct at 619-297-8800 with any questions.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

Yes, a valid government-issued picture ID is required for check-in.

Is a credit card needed at check in?

Yes. A valid credit/debit card is required for check-in. Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Can you pay with cash at check in?

Yes. However, an authorized credit card must be presented at check-in for deposit.

What age do kids stay for free?

Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

Will your rooms allow rollaways and cribs? Is there a charge?

Inflatable mattresses are available for $10 per day. Cribs are available at no additional charge. Both are based upon availability at the time of check-in.

Do you offer extended stay rooms and rates?

Do you have rooms with kitchens?

Yes. We do have kitchenette rooms equipped with a stovetop efficiency, mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink, and kitchen utensils.

Do you have an early departure fee?


Is there a fee if I do not show up to check in to my reservation?

Yes. You will be charged one night of room, tax, and fees.


What is check in/check out time?

Check-in time is from 4pm, and check-out time is 12pm.

Can I guarantee an early check-in or late check-out?

Although standard check-in time is 4pm, for a moderate fee of $10.00, you can enjoy the benefits of early check -in anytime before 1pm; subject to availability. This service is only available upon request at the time of check in or by calling the hotel direct at 619-297-8800. Please communicate your estimated time of arrival to the front desk or hotel operator. .

Do you allow smoking on property or in your guest rooms?

There is no smoking allowed within 20 feet of all entrances and in all guestrooms. A designated smoking area is provided for your convenience. Days Inn San Diego Hotel Circle Near SeaWorld will assess a fee of $100 to guests that choose to smoke in guest rooms.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is available in all guest rooms.

How much do you charge for high-speed WiFi Internet access?

There is no charge.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes. Our fitness center includes an elliptical trainer, a treadmill and various weight medicine balls. The fitness room is open between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

Do you have a business center?

A business center is available in the hotel lobby, 24 hours a day.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. Our outdoor, heated pool and spa are open between the hours of 8am and 11pm.

Do you have onsite parking? What is the cost?

Yes, limited parking is available at a fee of $10 per night for one vehicle, or $15 per night for any additional vehicle. Oversized vehicles and bus parking is limited and requires that you call in advance to verify availability. Oversized vehicles (buses, larger trucks, trailers, etc.) will be charged $50.00 per day.

Do you charge a resort fee? If so, what is included?

We do not charge a resort fee.


Are pets allowed?

No. Days Inn will assess a special cleaning fee of $250 to guests that bring pets without permission

No. However Bunz Burger Joint does offer take out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hours vary and may change without notice.

Items left behind are held for 30 days. Please contact the hotel and ask for our Lost and Found department.
